Half day4-hour Discover Tian'anmen Square and Forbidden City Small Group Tour

1:00pm Your guide will meet everyone at the subway station Line 1, “Tiananmen East Station” Exit D (outside).  Also you can reach here by taxi.  Show the taxi driver “请带我去天安门东地铁站D口”.  We suggest the subway is more easier and efficient than the taxi in this area.

Then follow the guide go through the security check and enter the Tian’anmen Square. Tian’anmen Square has many significant buildings, such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes, Chairman Mao’s Memorial Hall, the National Museum of China, and the National Congress Hall. Then, follow the guide and walk through an underground passage toward the Forbidden City.

After entering the Meridian Gate, you will be inside the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City is divided into six main parts: The Front Court ，The Rear Court ，The East Palaces， The West Palaces， The Outer East Palaces and Outer West Palaces.  These six main area covering the administrative area, residential area for emperor, empress, concubines, emperor dowagers, exhibition rooms and treasure gallery. We will selected the most essential palaces and exhibition to visit.

5:00pm Our tour will ended at the North Gate of the Forbidden City.
