Option 1:  Paypal Pay

1. You can sign up a Paypal account https://www.paypal.com/;

2. Link your Paypal account with your bank card or credit card;

3. Log in to Paypal. On the upper part of your Paypal home page, find “Pay& Get Paid”-> “Send payment to”-> jinglebelltravel@hotmail.com and make a deposit of $100 US to the Jinglebelltravel payment account;

For the guest's choice of PayPal, please add an extra 4% service fee charged by PayPal.  After payment, please send an email to let us know.

Please write the transfer purpose “Travel fee ” when you transfer the payment and send us an email with a picture of the receipt. It will take several days for us to receive the money from the bank transfer.

Option 3:  Alipay
Setting up Alipay is a convenient way to handle transactions while visiting China.  This app offers an option called the “Alipay Tour Pass”.  This is a 90-day pass for foreigners to use Alipay while in China.  It means that you can use your ordinary bank card with the app to spend on dining, shopping, and everywhere else Alipay is accepted in China.  Alipay English Service Hotline: +86-571 2688 6000.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you set up Alipay:

1. Download the Alipay app:
Before your trip to China, download the Alipay app from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2.  Looking for the "Tour Pass" or "Tour Card" option within the Alipay app.  This is usually prominently displayed on the home screen or in the main menu or simply typing "tourpass" or "tourcard" in the search bar.
3.  Provide Necessary Information:
Tap the "Tour Pass" or "Tour Card" option to begin the setup process.  You must provide your passport information, phone number, and other relevant identification information.  The Alipay app will guide you through this process.
4. Add Funds to Your Tour Pass:
Fund your Tour Pass account by linking your international credit/debit card to your Alipay account.

How do you pay fees via the Alipay Tour Pass？
1.  Touch your "Tour Pass" icon on the main menu.

2.  Scroll to the bottom of the page.  Pay by Scanning our QR code.

3.  Manually enter payment details, including the amount to pay.  Confirm the payment by reviewing the details and then clicking "Confirm."

4.  After the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation within the Alipay app.
5.  Please send an email to let us know your payment.

Option 4:  Wechat Pay
1.Before your trip to China, download the Wechat app from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2.Open Wechat, on the upper right corner you can see “+” -> Add Contacts-> Search “13146564429” or “ Jinglebell_travel”, add us as a friend.
3.Link your bank cards or credit card with the Wechat.

4.Scan our QR code to make deposit or full payment.

Option 5: Cash
For the tour confirmation, we request at least 100 US dollars as a deposit for the private tour and the total amount for the group tour. If you need us to help you book the hotel, airfare, or train tickets in advance, you will pay more for the deposit. We will collect the balance on the first day we meet on the tour.

What is cancellation/ refund policy?
1.For One-day Tours:

• Cancellations made for Forbidden City, National Museum in Beijing, and Shanxi Museum in Xi’an will receive a full refund 7 days before the start date.
• Cancellations made for Forbidden City, National Museum in Beijing, and Shanxi Museum in Xi’an within 7 days before the start date will charge 5 US dollars/per person for operation fees.
• Other attraction cancellations made 24 hours before the start date will receive a full refund of fees paid.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the start date.

2.For Long-term Activities (involving tours in other cities):

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund of fees paid.
• Cancellations made 5 days prior to the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip fees.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Given the need for advance booking of certain tourist resources, which may result in actual losses (including train tickets, airfare, hotels, etc.), cancellations should be communicated promptly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in minimizing losses and provide a refund for losses that have not actually been incurred, in line with our refund policy.

In the rare event that Jinglebelltravel cancels a trip or is unable to serve you, we will notify you promptly, and all fees will be refunded without delay.
