The Summer Palace is located in the northwest suburbs of Beijing. It was built during the 15th reign of Emperor Qianlong in the Qing dynasty（1750 A.D). Being a summer resort where the emperors of the Qing Dynasty enjoyed themselves and ruled China in summer, it was named the Summer Palace. Mutianyu Great Wall is one of the most popular sections Great Wall in Beijing. Originally it was built some 1400 years ago in the Northern Qi Dynasty and later rebuilt during the Ming Dynasty in the 16th century.
